1. General Principles
- Refund requests are assessed individually.
- Quality-related refunds: processed within 14 calendar days.
- Other refunds: processed within 3–4 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
2. Order Cancellation
- Before Writer Assignment:
Full (100%) refund. - After Writer Assignment:
- If less than 50% of the deadline has passed: 70% refund.
- If more than 50% of the deadline has passed: up to 50% refund.
- After Delivery:
No refund unless based on quality claims. - Failure to Download:
If circumstances were beyond your control and the paper was not downloaded, up to 30% refund may be considered. - Action required: Contact our support team and confirm cancellation through your Order page.
3. Duplicate Payment or Order
- Duplicate Payment:
Provide both receipts — the extra payment will be fully refunded. - Duplicate Order:
Notify us before writer assignment to cancel unnecessary Orders. Otherwise, standard cancellation terms apply.
4. No Writer Assigned
If we fail to assign a suitable writer, you are entitled to a full refund.
5. Late Delivery
- Customer Delay:
If caused by late submission of your materials, no refund applies. - Late Delivery by Us:
Refunds are calculated by adjusting the price according to the revised delivery timeframe. Example:- 8-hour order delivered in 16 hours = price difference refunded.
- Long-term Orders (10–14 days+):
Refund up to 7% upon request. - Deadline: Submit lateness refund requests within 14 days of delivery.
6. Late Revision Delivery
Revision deadlines are separate. Delays in revisions do not qualify for lateness refunds.
Ensure you set realistic deadlines for revisions and final submissions.
7. Dissatisfaction with Quality

- Failure to provide dispute resolution materials within 14 days closes the dispute.

- Professional Quality Check:

- Plagiarism Report:
Non-refundable once delivered.
9. Customer Conduct
In cases of disrespectful or abusive communication toward our staff or writers:
- Maximum refund cap: 20% of the order value.
- We reserve the right to publish your completed work online for commercial protection.
